Russian troops shell the border of the Sumy region, one wounded

Russian troops once again shelled the border of the Sumy region. One person was injured as a result of the attack.


RBC-Ukraine reported this with reference to a post by the Sumy Regional Military Administration on Telegram.

"During the day, Russians fired 11 times at the border areas and settlements of Sumy region. 57 explosions were recorded," the message says.

Thus, a civilian was injured as a result of mortar shelling of the Velykopysarivska community. There was also artillery fire.

In addition, the Russians fired at

  • Krasnopilska community using FPV drones and mortars;
  • Seredyna-Budska community with mortars;
  • Bilopilska community with mortars and artillery;
  • Znob-Novgorod community, dropping 12 mines on its territory.
