Russians attacked Kharkiv for the second time in a day: what is known

In the evening of December 28, explosions were reported in Kharkiv. The occupiers are shelling the city, probably with Shahed-136 kamikaze drones.
This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Telegram of Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov.
"For the second time in a day, Kharkiv is under attack, probably by Shahed," Terekhov wrote.
He also noted that one of the infrastructure facilities is under the gun.
The mayor urges Kharkiv residents to stay in shelters and take precautions.
The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov reported in Telegram that the Russians struck at least three times.
