Russians hit Kharkiv with an Iskander with a cluster warhead
An explosion was heard in Kharkiv around midnight on July 25 due to another Russian air attack.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleh Syniehubov, and Suspilne Kharkiv.
The explosion in the Kharkiv area occurred at approximately 23:57. It was probably outside the city.
The head of the administration told about another enemy shelling. He also called on local residents to stay in safe places until the air raid warning goes off.
“The occupiers are striking! Stay in shelters,” the official wrote in his Telegram.
Earlier, the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine warned residents of Kharkiv and Donetsk regions at about half past eleven in the evening about the launch of guided bombs by enemy tactical aircraft.
