This was reported by the head of Zaporizhzhya Regional Military Administration Yuriy Malashko.

According to Malashko, the number of victims is currently seven. However, the number may increase, as the occupants shelled a residential area, where the blast wave smashed windows in high-rise buildings.

At the same time, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the occupiers launched rockets at a church and a supermarket.

"A church and a supermarket were destroyed as a result of a missile strike. The blast wave smashed windows in high-rise buildings. There are wounded. Three people have been reported dead," the Interior Ministry said.

In addition, the head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak, noted that the Russians probably struck the city with Iskander missiles.

"The strike was on the territory of the Church of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul of the OCU. The strike destroyed the church building, damaged houses and shops," Yermak said.
