Syrsky names limits of F-16 capabilities on the front line

The American-made F-16 fighter jets that will be delivered to Ukraine will help the Ukrainian Armed Forces. However, they have limitations at the front.
This was stated by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrsky, RBC-Ukraine reports citing his interview with The Guardian.
Syrsky said that the F-16 will strengthen Ukraine's air defense and allow Kyiv to act more effectively against Russian cruise missiles and accurately hit ground targets.
However, he emphasized that there are limits to the F-16's capabilities. They will have to stay “40 kilometers or more” from the front line because of the risk that Moscow will shoot them down.
