The enemy launched a missile attack on Kharkiv

Russian aggressors launched a missile attack on Kharkiv for the second time in a day, with at least four powerful explosions in the city.

This was reported by an Ukrinform correspondent.

The first explosion occurred almost simultaneously with the air raid siren.

The head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, also reported the shelling of the city in his Telegram.

"The occupiers are striking at Kharkiv," he wrote, urging the citizens to take cover.

The head of the Kharkiv military garrison, Serhiy Melnyk ("Marcel"), informed in Telegram that the shelling was carried out from the Russian city of Belgorod, according to preliminary data, the enemy used S-300 air defense systems. The threat of new missile strikes remains, Melnyk warned, adding that information on possible damage and casualties is being established.

A few minutes before the shelling, the Ukrainian Air Force warned of the threat of ballistic missile attacks in Kharkiv, Poltava, and Dnipro regions.
