The Netherlands sends a team to Ukraine to investigate war crimes

Earlier this week, the Netherlands sent a team to Ukraine for the third time to investigate war crimes.

Ukrinform reports this concerning the Dutch Ministry of Defense.

"At the beginning of this week, a forensic investigation team went to Ukraine to investigate war crimes," the statement said.

It is noted that this time it is a team of about 60 people, which also includes 9 Czech specialists.

The team includes experts from the Dutch military police and other units of the Ministry of Defense.

The team's responsibilities are to investigate and preserve evidence. This is done under the auspices of the International Criminal Court (ICC).

This is the third time the team of experts has traveled to Ukraine. The first time was in May last year. The second time was at the end of last year. Evidence was collected and submitted to the ICC.
