"Ukrainians can file claims for damage to their property caused by the Russian invasion through a new mechanism launched Tuesday, with officials expecting up to 10 million requests in total," CNN writes, according to RBC-Ukraine.

The focus will now be on those claims that will involve damage to or destruction of residential real estate during the war. Between 300,000 and 600,000 claims are expected to fall into this category.

"It is extremely important that we have met here today, not only to discuss how we will hold Russia accountable, but to launch a very concrete procedure from which every injured Ukrainian can benefit," said Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba.
