The White House: Ukraine is already using cluster munitions

American cluster munitions are already on the battlefield in Ukraine.
This information was confirmed by White House Strategic Communications Coordinator John Kirby, Reuters reports.
According to him, the Ukrainians are using them properly, and the ammunition affects Russian defense groups and Russian defensive maneuvering.
"We have received some initial feedback from the Ukrainians, and they are using them quite effectively," Kirby said at the briefing.
