The British government has allocated £10 million to fund the best projects that will offer innovations for Ukrainian green energy.

According to Yevropeiska Pravda, this was announced by the press service of the British Embassy in Ukraine.

It is a competition of projects that will be aimed at developing innovations in green energy and at the same time the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine, called Innovate Ukraine Competition.

A separate website has been created for it with detailed information on what ideas are eligible and how to apply.

"Innovate Ukraine provides access to £10 million to support businesses in developing highly innovative sustainable energy technologies and business models that will help restore Ukraine's energy system," the communiqué says.

For those interested in participating, webinars and remote meetings are offered to discuss the opportunities offered by the competition.

Applications can be submitted until September 8, 2023.
