Ukraine starts exporting electricity to Moldova

NPC Ukrenergo held the first auction to allocate the capacity of interstate networks for electricity exports to Moldova on the day of delivery on April 11.
This is stated in a message from the company's press service on Telegram.
According to the results of the auction, 330 out of 650 MW of the total available grid capacity in the Moldovan direction were distributed among four participants.
Given the war in Ukraine and the risks associated with it, access to interstate crossings is currently allocated only for a short period of time at daily auctions.
