In the first months of Nazi Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, up to two dozen enemy generals were killed at the front. Then this flow almost stopped. Generals began to hide away from the war zone. And now we have the news that the "retirement" of generals has resumed.
On Monday, June 12, the Ukrainian military eliminated the Chief of Staff of the 35th Combined Arms Army of the Russian Federation, Major General Sergei Goryachev.
This is reported by the Russian publics that support the war in Ukraine.
"As a result of the enemy's missile attack, the Chief of Staff of the 35th Combined Arms Army, Major General Sergei Goryachev, was killed," the statement said.
It is also noted that during the day, the Russians had a "difficult situation" along the line of contact and an acute shortage of ammunition.
As a reminder, according to British intelligence, 10 Russian generals were killed in Ukraine last August.
