Ukrainian Armed Forces eliminate three more Russian officers

Overnight, it was reported that at least three Russian officers were killed in Ukraine.
Their names were announced by Anatoly "Stirlitz" Stefan, an officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In the morning, on July 16, he said that were killed:
- Colonel Yevhen Tykhno of the 1st Mobile Brigade of Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense;
- Captain Dmytro Lutsenko.
The night before, Stefan reported that on June 4, the Ukrainian Armed Forces finally "demobilized" the commander of the 96th separate reconnaissance brigade (Nizhny Novgorod), Colonel Maksim Kharlamov.
