As a reminder, Brazilian President offers the Ukrainian side to give up Crimea in order to end the war.

According to Lula da Silva, he plans to personally discuss with Chinese leader Xi Jinping a proposal for Ukraine to “refuse” of Crimea.

Ukraine's position on this issue remains unchanged, emphasizes Nikolenko.

"We should clearly note: Ukraine does not trade its territories. There is no legal, political or moral reason why we should cede even an inch of Ukrainian land," he wrote.

According to the Foreign Ministry's speaker, efforts to restore peace in Ukraine should be based on respect for sovereignty and full restoration of our country's territorial integrity in accordance with the principles of the UN Charter.
