Ukrainian Prime Minister arrived in Canada, then will visit the U.S.

Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal has arrived on a working visit to Canada. After that, the head of the government will visit the United States.

This is reported with reference to the Prime Minister on Telegram.

He noted that in Canada he will meet with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland.

The head of the Ukrainian government will also visit the United States this week. Shmyhal will hold a series of meetings with U.S. officials and take part in Spring Meetings hosted by the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. This year's event will be held in Washington, D.C.

"We are preparing new arrangements and agreements to strengthen the macrofinancial and economic sustainability of our state," the prime minister said.

As a reminder, according to media reports, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and European Commission head Ursula von der Leyen will visit Ukraine this month to take part in an event dedicated to children.
