Prime Minister of Latvia arrives in Kyiv
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the press service of the Latvian government.
During the trip, Silinia will meet with Ukrainian officials and take part in discussions on further military, political, humanitarian and financial support for Ukraine, as well as its path to joining the European Union and NATO.
The Prime Minister of Latvia emphasized the importance of supporting the Ukrainian people, who “heroically and selflessly defend themselves against evil”, protecting not only their land, but also European values and security. According to him, Latvia clearly and unwaveringly supports Ukraine in its fight against the aggressor.
In turn, Silinja posted a video of her arrival in the Ukrainian capital on Twitter.
“Morning in Kyiv. Latvia will be with the Ukrainian people until they win, and will always support Ukraine on its way to the European Union and NATO! Glory to Ukraine!” - she wrote.
