In Kharkiv region, three rescuers were injured by a Russian strike. They had just arrived at the scene of one of the fires when the Russians struck again.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the State Emergency Service.
According to the agency, the incident occurred at about 12:00 in the village of Borova, in the Izyum district. Rescuers responded to a fire after the shelling and were attacked again.
According to preliminary data, 2 people were killed and 7 were wounded in the shelling. Among the wounded are 3 rescuers. The injured are currently hospitalized and being provided with all necessary assistance.
Two fire trucks were damaged during the shelling. In total, the fires occurred at four different locations. A commercial establishment, 2 private houses and grass in an open area were on fire.
