President of Estonia arrives in Kyiv on a visit

Today, 12 September, Estonian leader Alar Karis arrived in Kyiv on a visit. The president announced a number of meetings and discussions.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Estonian president's Twitter account.
‘I have arrived in the great city of Kyiv. Looking forward to all the meetings and discussions,’ he wrote.
It should be added that the Estonian president's visit to Ukraine was not announced beforehand.
