A document with conditions for ending the war will be ready in November

Ukraine is preparing a document that will contain conditions for a fair end to the war with Russia. Work on it will be completed in November.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing a speech by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy at the Ukraine-Southeast Europe Summit.
“Since July, we have been working on the points of the peace formula. And by November, a document will be ready that will set out the detailed conditions for a just end to the war. We are also preparing the second peace summit,” Zelensky said.
According to him, the question now is how to force Russia to make peace with Ukraine and how to force the people responsible for the war to fulfill the terms of the peace formula.
“That is why we in Ukraine have developed an action plan that can bridge the gap between the current situation and the successful holding of the peace summit. For us, this is a plan of victory. For each of your countries, it is a plan for reliable stability. When the plan is fully implemented, Russia will lose the ability to threaten us, to threaten Europe,” the Head of State emphasized.-
