According to RBC-Ukraine, Axios reporter Juligrace Brufke wrote about this on Twitter.
She quoted House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Michael McCaul as saying that he had spoken to Blinken.
“I spoke to Blinken two days ago, and he's going with his counterpart from the UK to Kyiv to essentially tell them that they're going to allow them (to strike Russia with ATACMS - ed.),” McCaul said in an interview with Brufke.
