The head of the Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs began his visit with a visit to Gostomel, a town that suffered significantly from Russian aggression at the beginning of the full-scale invasion.

Gordan Grlić Radman said that in partnership with UNICEF-Croatia, the Croatian government has purchased fifty generators for Ukraine. They will be delivered to hospitals and schools across the country.

The minister noted that the work of key institutions for children is extremely important, so they have already (together with Caritas) donated equipment for the Veselka kindergarten.

After Gostomel, the Croatian Foreign Minister traveled to the capital, where he laid flowers at the Wall of Remembrance for those who died for Ukraine.

Then he met with the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk. They discussed increasing military aid to Ukraine, post-war reconstruction, and the implementation of the Ukrainian peace formula.
