On Wednesday evening, October 9, explosions were heard in Odesa. An air alert was declared in the region due to the threat of ballistic missiles.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing the mayor of the city, Gennadiy Trukhanov.
“Odesa, please stay in safe places! An explosion was heard in the city,” Trukhanov wrote.
It is worth noting that an air raid alert was announced in a number of regions. The Air Force warned of a ballistic missile threat.
“Threat of ballistic weapons use from the south, in the areas where air alert has been declared,” the Air Force wrote.-
A short time later, they warned of a high-speed target in the direction of Odesa.
As of 19:30, no injuries or hits were reported.
