Heilbronn noted that about a hundred cultural heritage sites were damaged in Odesa, and also reminded that Odesa is a sister city of the French city of Marseille.

"Cultural institutions in Odesa have survived, but they need support from international partners. They need specialists to restore the damage and cooperation to increase their attractiveness. France is preparing a set of solutions to respond to these urgent needs," he said.
