France to deliver Mirage 2000 fighters to Ukraine in the 1st half of 2025

France will supply Ukraine with Mirage 2000 fighter jets, which will be equipped with new equipment before delivery. The modernized aircraft will be ready for delivery in the first half of 2025.
This was stated by French Defense Minister Sébastien Lecorneuil, RBC-Ukraine reports citing Sud Ouest.
According to him, the modernization operation is being carried out at the Cazaux base in Gironde.
“The goal is to equip them with air-to-ground combat capabilities. And to strengthen their electronic warfare system. But the most important aspect is the training of pilots and mechanics, which is ongoing in Nancy,” the minister said.
