James Cleverly: Putin cowardly attacks Ukrainian cities with drones

The British Foreign Secretary said that the attacks on Ukrainian cities show the desperation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, who is losing the war.
He wrote this on Twitter.
"Putin failed to capture Ukrainian cities with tanks, now he is trying to cowardly attack with drones," the post said.
"These are the desperate actions of a man who is losing the war on the battlefield. That is why we sent (Ukraine) air defense missiles. It will not break the Ukrainians or our determination to be with them," the minister added.-
