Kim Jong-un announces that the DPRK will soon become a nuclear superpower

North Korea will accelerate steps to become a military superpower with nuclear weapons, and it is possible that it will use them in case of an enemy attack.
This was stated by the leader of the DPRK Kim Jong-un, RBC-Ukraine reports citing Reuters.
The head of state made the statement on Monday in his speech at the university, which was published in full by the state-run KCNA news agency.
He said that he had no intention of attacking South Korea, but “if the enemy tries to use force against our country,” the North Korean military will not hesitate to use all means of aggression, which “does not exclude the use of nuclear weapons.”
Kim also called for a significant strengthening of the DPRK's defense.
