Russian occupants are "evacuating" residents of the occupied Nova Kakhovka in the Kherson region.

Literally: "Scheduled voluntary evacuation measures will be carried out for all those who wish to leave the territory of the Novokakhovka city district.
...The evacuation is carried out due to the fact that the settlements of Novokakhovka city district are located in the 15-kilometer zone of the left bank of the Dnipro River on the CL (line of contact - ed.) for those who wish to voluntarily leave for a safe area and those who are unable to leave on their own."
