Occupants shelled Kharkiv, explosions were heard

Late in the evening of September 18, an explosion occurred in Kharkiv during an air raid. Russian invaders are shelling the city.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov and the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleg Sinegubov.
The regional military administration said that the Russian occupiers are striking at Kharkiv. They urged local residents to take shelter.
“There is an explosion in Kharkiv! Be careful!” - the mayor of the city wrote in his Telegram.
Around midnight, another explosion occurred in Kharkiv.
Before that, the head of the Kharkiv garrison of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Brigadier General of Justice Serhiy “Marcel” Melnyk, warned in his Telegram channel about the repeated launch of enemy missiles.
