Profit of Russia's largest diamond producer fell by 47%

The indicators of Russia's largest diamond producer Alrosa for the second half of the year have entered a peak: revenue fell by 29% (against the first half of the year), operating profit - by 55%, and net profit - by 47%.

This is reported by the group Information Resistance in the Telegram channel.

The G7 countries have banned direct imports of diamonds from Russia since January 2024, while from March a phased embargo on the supply of diamonds of Russian origin processed in third countries is being introduced.
