Russia is once again threatening to break the grain deal because the Russian part of it has allegedly not been fulfilled. This was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, according to Russian media.

"It is hardly possible to predict any final decision here, but we can state that if we judge de facto, this agreement has no chance. The agreement implies a "case". The work of the contracting states. And part of this deal was done, and the other part, which concerned Russia, was not done," Peskov said in a commentary to propagandists.
The Kremlin spokesman also said that Russia allegedly "made concessions several times" and extended the deal.
"That's why, if you look at what we have, there are no prospects. And there is no reason to extend it," he summarized.-
