At least three explosions were heard in Kharkiv. The Ukrainian Air Force reported a missile threat in the region.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov confirmed the information about the explosions and noted that the city was under a missile attack.
Residents are urged to stay in shelters during the air raid alert or to follow the "two walls" rule.
