Russia is preparing a campaign against Ukraine and Turkey
Russia is planning a campaign to discredit military-technical cooperation between Ukraine and Turkey.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Telegram of the Center for Countering Disinformation (CCI).
According to the Center, at the end of October, Russian special services plan to publish a series of disinformation materials through the Russia Today propaganda channel about how Ukraine allegedly trades arms with Turkey in the interests of Turkish private companies without the knowledge of the United States.
“The propagandists will accuse the Minister of Defense of Ukraine of establishing such supplies. A fictitious version will be promoted that airplanes delivering weapons and military equipment from Turkey to Ukraine are allegedly used to transport weapons to Turkey. Allegedly, on the return flight to Turkey, they transport decommissioned, trophy and other weapons,” the CPC explained.
The Center explained that through this campaign, Russian special services will try to discredit the military and political leadership of Ukraine and destroy Ukraine's relations with its allies.
