The Russian Aerospace Forces have launched an Angara-1.2 rocket from the Plesetsk cosmodrome in the Arkhangelsk region. The launch took place at 10:00.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the press service of the Russian Defense Ministry.
The launch was carried out by a combat crew of the Russian Aerospace Forces. The spacecraft on board were sent into space in the interests of the Russian Ministry of Defense. However, the ministry did not specify the goals of the mission.
The Plesetsk cosmodrome is one of the key facilities for launching military satellites and other spacecraft.
