Russians intensify activity in the Zaporizhzhia sector

In the area of Robotyno and Verbove, Russian occupiers unsuccessfully tried to recapture previously lost positions 14 times in 24 hours.
This was reported by Oleksandr Shtupun, spokesman for the Joint Press Center of the Tauride Defense Forces, on the air of the United News telethon.
"Just recently Avdiivka was shelled with Grad multiple rocket launchers and another artillery attack was recorded. That is, the enemy is simply hitting residential buildings," said Stupun.
He noted that the enemy continues to try to advance near Avdiivka, suffering significant losses. The enemy has also intensified its activity in other areas, noted the spokesman.
"While the number of attacks in the Mariinka sector slightly decreased, the enemy unsuccessfully tried to retake previously lost positions near Robotyne and Verbove 14 times over the last day. Let me remind you that our offensive operation is ongoing there," emphasized Stupun.-
In general, active ground infantry attacks continue in the operational area of the Tavria Joint Forces Operation. "In some places the enemy is using armored vehicles," said the spokesman.
