Russians strike at Kharkiv - Terekhov

On the afternoon of Tuesday, September 17, the Russian Federation struck the city of Kharkiv. Explosions were heard there.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the mayor of the city Igor Terekhov on Telegram.
“Kharkiv is under fire from the occupiers. Be careful,” Terekhov wrote.
At the same time, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported on Telegram that explosions had been heard in Kharkiv.
“Explosions in Kharkiv! Stay in shelters,” he wrote.-
