Two people were killed in the Donetsk region by Russian shelling

Russian military shelled Zoryane village in the Donetsk region with cannon and rocket artillery. Two people were killed and another person was injured.
This was reported by Anastasia Medvedeva, a spokeswoman for the Donetsk regional prosecutor's office, Suspilne reports.
The village came under fire on July 31 at about 17:00. As a result of the Russian attack, two men aged 34 and 38 were killed, and the latter's wife was injured. She was taken to the hospital.
The prosecutor's office launched a pre-trial investigation for violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
