U.S. to transfer additional HIMARS to Ukraine - The White House

The White House is expected to announce a new military aid package to Ukraine this week.
This was announced at a briefing Tuesday by John Kirby, coordinator of the U.S. National Security Council and Strategic Communications, as reported by a European Pravda correspondent.
"We will continue to provide historic levels of security assistance to Ukraine. Later this week, the administration will announce a new aid package with military equipment for Ukraine. This will be the 16th such package in support of Ukraine since the beginning of Joe Biden's presidency," he said.
Kirby specified that the new aid package will include additional HIMARS, "which the Ukrainians have used very effectively to make a difference on the battlefield," as well as additional projectiles for multiple rocket launchers and artillery.
