Zelenskyy intends to present a ‘victory plan’ to his Western partners, including President Biden, as well as US election candidates such as Donald Trump and Kamala Harris.

Also on the agenda of the General Assembly will be the issue of approving the use of long-range weapons supplied to Ukraine to strike targets in Russia. This issue has become relevant in the wake of recent Russian attacks on Ukrainian cities.
