The diplomatic mission warned that to visit Albania, Russians now need to apply for a visa in accordance with the purpose of the trip.

Previously, Russians could enter the country without a visa from May 1 to September 30. This is how Albania stimulated tourism.

After Russia's invasion of Ukraine, North Macedonia abolished visa-free entry for Russians, Montenegro reduced summer visa-free travel to 30 days, and Kazakhstan reduced it to 90 days within six months.
