Occupiers attacked 12 times in the area of Vovchansk

On June 28, Russian occupiers carried out 12 attacks in the Vovchansk district of the Kharkiv region. The defense forces repulsed 10 of them, and two more skirmishes continued as of 22:00 on June 28.

This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the assembly of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

It is worth noting that recently the General Staff did not specify the number of enemy attacks in the Vovchansk and Lyptsi districts, mostly reporting the total number in the Kharkiv direction.

However, according to the summary, the situation in the Vovchansk region is under control.

Previous losses of the aggressor in the Kharkiv direction amounted to 89 occupiers killed and wounded. Three armored fighting vehicles, eight cars, 26 dugouts, and an ammunition depot were destroyed.

In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy made nine attempts to dislodge our units from their occupied positions near the settlements of Sinkivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Stelmakhivka, and Kruglyakivka. Ukrainian soldiers repelled eight enemy attacks. The battle continues near Sinkivka.

On the Lymansky direction, the Russian invaders tried 19 times to advance in the areas of Grekivka, Makiivka, Nevsky, Torsky, and Serebryansky forest. The defenders of Ukraine repelled 17 enemy attacks, and the fighting continues. Measures are being taken to prevent the occupiers from advancing deep into our territory.

The situation in the Seversky direction is tense. Since the beginning of the day, the occupiers have carried out 19 assaults in the vicinity of Bilogorivka, Spirny, Verkhnokamyansky, Rozdolivka, and Vyimka. Units of the Defense Forces repelled 15 attacks by the Russian occupiers, four more clashes are ongoing. Measures are being taken to increase the stability of the defense.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers do not give up their intentions to advance in the area of ​​Chasovoy Yar, Novy, and Ivanovo. Ukrainian defenders repelled two enemy attacks, and three more assault actions were not completed.

In the direction of Horlivka-Toretsk, the enemy, supported by aviation, attacked the positions of the Ukrainian army 15 times. 14 enemy assaults ended without success, and one more battle continues. The situation is under the control of the Defense Forces.

The high intensity of hostilities continues in the Pokrovsky direction. The number of clashes increased to 37. The invaders continue to put pressure on the battle formations of our units near Vozdvizhenka, Novoaleksandrivka, Yevhenivka, Progress, Novoselivka Persha and Umansky. Our soldiers repulsed 29 enemy attacks, and the fighting continues. Ukrainian defenders make maximum efforts to restrain the activity of the enemy and his exhaustion.

The previous losses of the aggressor in this direction amounted to 160 occupiers killed and wounded. Two armored fighting vehicles, four cars, and two dugouts were destroyed.

Since the beginning of the day, there have been 11 clashes in the Kurakhiv direction. Five assault operations near Georgiivka, Kostyantynivka and Paraskoviivka ended without success for the enemy. At the same time, enemy activity continues near Krasnohorivka, where four aggressor attacks have been repelled, and two more skirmishes are ongoing. The situation is tense. Defense forces are taking measures to stabilize the situation.

In the Vremivsk direction, the enemy is trying to wedge into the front edge of the defense of our units in the Vodyany area. The enemy's actions are actively supported by artillery. The Ukrainian military is making every effort to wear down the invaders and inflict significant losses on them.

In the Orichiv and Prydniprovsky directions, all efforts of the invading troops to dislodge our units from their occupied positions failed.

In other directions, the situation has not changed significantly.
