NATO should make Ukraine's victory in the war a goal. Partners should provide Ukraine with sufficient military support.

This was stated by Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas at a press conference with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, RBC-Ukraine reports citing the Alliance's press service.

"The price we pay for supporting Ukraine in its efforts to defeat Russian imperialism is negligible compared to what would have happened if the aggression had paid off. And we must set victory as our goal," she said.

According to the Estonian Prime Minister, the war in Ukraine is crucial for the security of the entire transatlantic community. Therefore, we need an allied commitment to long-term support for Ukraine. Kallas reminded that Estonia will allocate 0.25% of its GDP to military assistance to Ukraine over the next four years.

"If all allies did the same, it would provide Ukraine with enough military assistance to win the war," Kallas said.

She also added that all elements of the aid should also be seen as strengthening support for Ukraine on its path to membership.

"The key lesson we have learned from the last decades is that gray areas are sources of conflict. And it is our duty to continue the process of Ukraine's membership in NATO," said Kaja Kallas.
