"This security agreement covers military, financial, and diplomatic assistance and will be a channel for resources that will come from unforeseen revenues from frozen Russian assets. It's good that we can take this money and provide more military assistance to Ukraine," said Josep Borrell, the European Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.

In addition, President Zelenskyy signed security guarantee agreements with Lithuania and Estonia.

The document provides for support for Ukraine under the Ukraine Facility program in the amount of 50 billion euros and for urgent consultations within 24 hours in the event of possible aggression against Ukraine in the future.

Security agreements with these countries provide for a wide range of support measures for Ukraine. In particular, military and economic assistance, as well as political support.
