Armenia calls for immediate end to war in Ukraine

The Armenian government calls for an immediate end to the war in Ukraine. At the same time, Yerevan opposes hostilities in Ukraine.
This was stated by Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, RBC-Ukraine reports citing Novosti Armenia.
He noted that Armenia itself has witnessed and "faced similar destruction in the South Caucasus region."
"We saw the forced displacement of civilians, targeting of civilian infrastructures, etc. War is always terrible, we are categorically against war, but at the same time we support not only peace and stability, but also the territorial integrity of countries," Mirzoyan said.
