Slovenia to allocate millions of euros for humanitarian aid to Ukraine

Slovenia will provide financial assistance to Ukraine for humanitarian needs. The amount is 5 million euros.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the President of Slovenia, Natasha Pirz Musar, in an interview with RTV.

The Slovenian president arrived in Kyiv on a working visit and met with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. She announced that her country would provide Ukraine with additional funds for humanitarian aid.

"In the end, I came to Mr. Zelensky with the news that the Slovenian government has approved an additional 5 million euros specifically for humanitarian aid, and I am happy that I can convey this news to him personally," Pirc Musar said.

The leader also added that Slovenia provides military assistance to Ukraine, but she is proud of the humanitarian support provided by her country. She said that she had been on a visit to Moldova, where she attended a training program for Ukrainian teachers conducted by Slovenian experts.
