This was stated by Slovenian Prime Minister Robert Golob, RBC-Ukraine reports citing RTVSLO.

Golob said that he had held talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Brussels.

According to him, most of the conversation concerned the results of the Global Peace Summit and negotiations on a bilateral security agreement.

The Slovenian prime minister noted that his country "cannot offer what bigger countries can, but it can help to find a way to peace."

Golob also said that at this stage, the talks are focused mainly on the fact that the Ukrainian side wants more concrete commitments from Slovenia, particularly in terms of financial assistance for reconstruction.

According to him, Slovenia is now waiting for official proposals from Kyiv to supplement the draft agreement.

According to the prime minister, the bilateral security agreement between Ukraine and Slovenia is most likely to be signed in July, and he will meet with Zelenskyy again by the end of July.
