According to local residents, one explosion was heard in Odesa.
The air alert in Odesa was announced at 11:14 a.m. The Ukrainian Air Force initially warned of an air defense operation against a reconnaissance drone.
Later, the Air Force reported a threat of ballistic missile attacks from Crimea. Residents of Odesa were urged to take shelter.
