A series of powerful explosions in Berdiansk

This evening, the "cotton" came to the occupied city of Berdiansk, Zaporizhzhya region. This was reported by the Donbas Operative Telegram channel, citing local residents.
In particular, the townspeople filmed the two videos below. In one, people on the beach are watching some anti-aircraft shells explode en masse in the sky nearby. A man suddenly screamed for some reason: "It's Grads!".
The second recording, apparently taken in a private household in the area where the anti-aircraft shells were exploding, shows a terrible shooting and civilians trying to hide somewhere.
Berdiansk is practically out of range of HIMARS multiple-launch rocket systems. Moreover, it is out of reach of Grad systems.
