China helps Russia in the war. Biden talked about it with Xi Jinping

The US believes that China is supporting Russia's military efforts in the war against Ukraine. This issue was raised by US President Joe Biden with Chinese President Xi Jinping during their telephone conversation.
This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Reuters.
China is said to be helping Moscow build up its defense production with many machine tools, microelectronics, drone technology, and cruise missiles.
According to anonymous officials quoted by Reuters, Chinese materials fill critical gaps in Russian defense production.
"Our view is that one of the most drastic steps available to us now to support Ukraine is to convince the PRC to stop helping Russia rebuild its military-industrial base. It will be difficult for Russia to sustain its military efforts without PRC input," said the official.
