Danilov answered whether a second offensive on Kyiv is possible

Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov answered whether Russians could launch a second offensive against Kyiv.

NSDC Secretary Oleksiy Danilov said this, RBC-Ukraine reports citing an interview with Natalia Moseychuk on YouTube.

The NSDC Secretary said that the Russians do not have the same capabilities as in February 2022.

"It will not be the case that they will dominate here. They were going to do it back when they had completely different opportunities. During these 2 years of war, we have knocked the teeth that they had in February 2022. Our troops are surrounding them, surrounding them, surrounding them, and there are no more of them," Danilov said.

Danilov also touched upon the Russians' appeal for help to Iran and the DPRK.

"If they were capable, they would not turn to the DPRK or Iran," the NSDC Secretary said.
