Israel attacked Iran, air defense worked in several provinces

The Israeli army attacked targets inside Iran. The explosion occurred in the town of Gahjavorstan, near an Iranian Army Air Force airbase.
According to CNN, the strike was carried out on the birthday of the 85-year-old supreme leader of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
It is noted that Iran's air defense systems were operating in several provinces. An unnamed U.S. official emphasized that "the target is not nuclear." According to the TV channel, that was the day before Israel informed the US of plans for retaliatory strikes in the coming days.
At the same time, Iran said that such an attack would not be left to chance.
"If the Israeli regime makes a big mistake again, our response will be decisive, final, and sad for them," Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said.
